How billing works

  • You are billed monthly based on how many days each tote spends at home or in our warehouse.
  • Delivery of new totes is always free — you only pay for deliveries from our warehouse.
  • At the end of each billing period, charges are deducted from any available credits first. Any remaining balance is charged to your card on file.
  • You'll receive an invoice summary showing all charges for the period.

* All fees are pro-rated daily — partial months are charged only for the days used.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or commitment periods. Simply return your totes and you're done — no cancellation fees.

Is my stuff insured?

Every tote includes $100 of standard protection at no extra cost. This covers damage while in our care, including tote failures and employee handling.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay the listed rates and nothing else. No move-in fees, no admin charges, no lock fees. All charges are pro-rated daily.

What if I need a tote back quickly?

Request delivery in the app and get it as soon as next day.
